Facilities
Our facilities are loved by both our campers and renters. With 350 acres our property boasts a two-storey lodge facility, summer cabins, and other amenities that are sure to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We are located on the shores of a semi-private lake, 1.5 hours North of Edmonton. Detailed directions can be downloaded below to ensure a smooth trip.
Makewin Lodge
Our heated lodge is an ideal venue to host your event and offers 14 dorm-style rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people each.
Amenities
- Dorm rooms consist of 2 bunkbeds
- One of the bottom bunks has the capability to be converted into a double bed.
- Fully Equipped Commercial Kitchen
- Dining Hall with fireplace (seats 140-150)
- Male and Female Washrooms with Showers
- Indoor Amphitheatre with fireplace
- Games area (ping pong, air hockey, foosball)
- Filtered water fountain with water bottle filler
- Outside deck overlooks the lake
- WiFi (available for rentals only)
Cabins
Our 8 cabins, which can accommodate up to 12 people and are situated just a short 2-minute walk from the lodge. Please note that these cabins are not heated and that their washroom facilities are located in the lodge, with additional access to ATCO trailer bathrooms for the girls cabins during the summer season.
Available for rentals in September, May & June.
Duplex Cabins
Our 5 half-duplex cabins are located just outside of the lodge and are available only for rentals. They each have their own full bath, queen size bed, kitchenette and are heated in winter.
Chapel
Our log cabin chapel is both modern and rustic, with log benches providing seating for up to 120 guests, just a 2-minute walk from the lodge. It also features a small stage, pulpit and sound system.
